Description

  • Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services to prospective and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and architects to incorporate services solutions into Zscaler proposals.
  • Own the services bookings quota in the assigned territory, including attach rate targets.
  • Lead technical scoping with prospective customers to produce proposals, Statements of Work, and resource plans.
  • Partner with channel organizations on joint proposals and scoping to support long-term customer success.
  • Develop and expand the Professional Services business across enterprise and commercial sectors.
  • Work with license sales and channel partners to accelerate customer time-to-value.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services or technology solutions with a track record of meeting bookings targets.
  • 2+ years of experience managing the SOW and proposal process, including technical scoping and delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience with security technologies, networking protocols, SaaS, and IaaS.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical value and differentiators to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and policy management is preferred.
  • Ability to learn Zscaler solutions at a technical consultant level is preferred.
  • Experience being recognized by customers as a trusted advisor in complex product deployments is preferred.
  • US-based remote availability for this role.
