Description

  • Design and produce high-fidelity creative collateral across print, digital, web, and multimedia formats.
  • Create ads, comps, concept executions, and presentations for marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Prep artwork for production by building export-ready delivery packages and resolving production issues.
  • Curate stock photography and perform retouching or image manipulation to create polished assets.
  • Build new graphics and refine existing ones using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, developers, and production teams.
  • Present design rationale to stakeholders and align creative work with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Support a wide range of materials including advertising, data visualizations, social content, video, keynotes, and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team.
  • Strong portfolio showing concept development, typography, layout, and web/digital design fundamentals.
  • Experience maintaining production files for print and digital, including typesetting, photo selection/editing, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working proficiency with MS Office and Google Slides.
  • Experience building PowerPoint decks, including slide layouts, diagrams/iconography, typography, and animation.
  • Strong knowledge of web and social media standards and constraints.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to accept and apply feedback.
  • BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
  • Figma experience, illustration experience, and motion graphics or animation skills are preferred.
