Description

  • Work with product, design, data, and business teams to turn market insights and user needs into technology solutions.
  • Understand the pain points and behaviors of micro and small business customers and propose improvement hypotheses based on data and feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into solutions and data flows that support high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Prioritize delivery based on outcomes, balancing speed and quality while measuring impact through clear metrics.
  • Lead high-impact technical projects and propose creative, resilient, and scalable long-term solutions.
  • Take ownership of work end to end, from prototype design to production instrumentation, automated testing, and rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to make technical and product decisions with broad business context.
  • Run experiments such as A/B tests and iterate quickly based on results.

Requirements

  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to question whether a solution addresses the right problem.
  • Results-oriented approach focused on business metrics and user success rather than only output.
  • Clear communication skills to align technical and product perspectives with other teams.
  • Solid experience with a modern technology stack, without attachment to a specific tool or language.
  • Autonomy and ownership to drive work independently without micro-management.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, including interest in new technologies, best practices, and market trends.
  • Experience leading technical projects with high impact (preferred).
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment (preferred).
