Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via Jira Service Desk, email, and phone.
  • Acknowledge, prioritize, and manage support tickets according to SLAs.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients throughout the support process.
  • Gather required information to resolve issues or route them for escalation.
  • Handle routine administrative and configuration requests using documented procedures.
  • Update user permissions, adjust account settings, and manage access requests.
  • Perform basic system changes, accurate data entry, and simple system updates.
  • Identify issues requiring deeper technical investigation or outside standard procedures.
  • Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 with complete and organized documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, help desk, call center, IT support, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with a ticketing system; Jira Service Desk experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Ability to learn new software tools and navigate SaaS platforms.
  • Customer-first mindset with patience, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Must be located within LATAM.
  • Experience in a SaaS or software support environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of user settings, access controls, or configuration tasks is preferred.
  • Call center experience or roles combining customer support and administrative tasks is preferred.
