Description

  • Guide new customers through setup, onboarding, and best practices to support successful adoption.
  • Conduct support interactions through video calls, phone calls, live chat, emails, and tickets.
  • Follow up proactively with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist with virtual demo calls and support deal closing efforts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM and keep deal data accurate and organized.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective customers looking to get started.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Create and maintain help center articles, FAQs, documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc projects and operational tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in SaaS, customer success, support, or sales.
  • Exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Based in Manila and willing to work flexible hours aligned with international clients.
  • Ability to work an 8am to 5pm Pacific Time schedule, which is night shift in Philippine Standard Time.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, video call, and in person.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with strong follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, and task/project management tools.
  • Bonus: experience with prompt engineering, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or MidJourney, or SaaS support/onboarding.
