Description

  • Proactively manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and day-to-day communications to optimize time and priorities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.
  • Track and manage action items, project deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Take ownership of critical administrative tasks to reduce founder-driven bottlenecks and introduce operational structure.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the Founder’s gatekeeper to align priorities and protect focused work time.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder to drive decisions and progress.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1+).
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role supporting a Founder or C-level executive.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity tools.
  • Must be located in LATAM.
