Description

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across major platforms.
  • Develop a social media roadmap aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgets, creative, and testing.
  • Develop influencer campaigns and identify, recruit, negotiate with, and manage influencer relationships.
  • Create written, visual, and video content and manage the social content calendar.
  • Engage with communities and manage brand conversations.
  • Measure engagement, reach, traffic, leads, customer acquisition, and ROAS; provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, content, sales, legal, and analytics teams to support campaigns and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor social media trends, evaluate new channels and formats, and serve as the internal subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional social media marketing experience.
  • Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Strong copywriting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Insurance, financial services, or another regulated-industry background preferred.
  • Experience scaling an influencer marketing program from the ground up preferred.
  • Experience with legal, compliance, creative, and copy review preferred.
