Description

  • Monitor and manage all contract renewal activities.
  • Identify renewal opportunities and process renewals in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and contract data in CRM systems.
  • Communicate with clients regarding contract status and upcoming renewals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the renewal process.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the renewals process.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Renewals Specialist or in a similar customer service or sales role.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, or Gainsight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and proactive work style.
  • Ability to work remotely from India.
