Description

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for addressability systems, including real-time and batch identity resolution infrastructure.
  • Partner with engineering to design, build, and ship identity resolution capabilities across Zeta’s business units.
  • Drive org-wide adoption of the Zeta identity spine by integrating identity resolution into products and workflows across teams.
  • Own the migration of legacy identity systems to modern architectures and coordinate smooth rollouts across engineering pods and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and business unit leaders to align priorities and shared goals.
  • Define success metrics and create dashboards and reporting for identity coverage, match rates, resolution quality, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate complex identity and data infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and stakeholder communications.
  • Use data to prioritize work, measure the impact of identity improvements, and identify coverage gaps.
  • Support onboarding of future acquisitions into Zeta’s identity infrastructure.
  • Champion visibility into identity performance through tooling that helps teams act on opportunities to improve match rates.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech infrastructure.
  • Strong technical depth with familiarity with identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Ability to read SQL queries, review architecture documents, and discuss system design credibly with engineers.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or business units.
  • Track record of influencing without direct authority.
  • Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Spark, or Airflow, or similar data infrastructure.
  • Occasional flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including some evening availability, to support collaboration across U.S. time zones.
  • Preferred experience in ad tech, MarTech, or identity resolution, including identity graphs, cross-device linking, audience resolution, or programmatic advertising infrastructure.
  • Preferred familiarity with privacy-first identity strategies, including cookieless resolution, first-party data approaches, or privacy regulations such as GDPR and GPP.
  • Preferred SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets to investigate product questions, validate hypotheses, or define metrics.
  • Preferred experience with agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
