Description

  • Own and evolve the Agentic and Vertical Apps experiences in Figma, including the app creation process and quality oversight.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy, scope, and execution for new app experiences.
  • Translate complex requirements and technical constraints into clear, intuitive AI-driven product experiences.
  • Inform and evolve Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns, AI interaction models, and agent behaviors.
  • Lead visual design, interaction design, motion, and prototyping to raise the quality bar across AI-powered workflows.
  • Mentor designers, review work, and challenge assumptions to scale design impact across the organization.
  • Create systems, interfaces, patterns, and processes that enable consistency, scalability, and speed.
  • Help define standards and best practices for how the platform’s AI-powered apps are designed and built.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools.
  • B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven product experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows.
  • Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience mentoring designers and influencing standards without formal management responsibility.
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including component architecture, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and shared libraries.
  • Experience with Rive, FigJam, and Figma Slides.
  • Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs in the design workflow.
  • Comfort using tools like Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar to prototype AI-enabled experiences.
  • Familiarity with Storybook and React/Next.js.
  • Experience with motion and interaction tools such as Rive, Motion.dev, Framer Motion, GSAP, or D3.
  • Strong comfort with Figma Prototypes, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar prototyping tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts, with the ability to read code and collaborate with engineers.
  • Comfort with modern product development tools such as GitHub, Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts, including context, memory, tools, and agents.
