Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of Zeta’s Data Cloud Identity Graph, attributes, and signals to support audience curation and data inquiries.
  • Demo Zeta’s Opportunity Explorer solutions internally and externally to show how the platform helps brands acquire, grow, and retain customers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients and account teams, providing consultative guidance and recommendations.
  • Identify strategic opportunities from Data Cloud Intelligence solutions and present actionable findings during client intelligence readouts.
  • Support RFP responses by recommending creative applications of Zeta’s identity, intelligence, activation, and measurement solutions.
  • Train client account teams on how to use Data Cloud Intelligence solutions independently.
  • Audit and maintain client accounts to ensure requested solutions are accurately loaded and active.
  • Capture client needs and feedback and act as a liaison between client teams and Zeta’s Product team.
  • Advocate for client-driven enhancements and communicate needs clearly to influence future platform development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in Advertising or Marketing Technology.
  • Experience thriving in a challenging, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a high-agency mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfort with quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups, Pivot Tables, logic-based queries, data cleaning, and filtering.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for professional client-facing presentations.
  • Preferred: Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Tableau.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
