Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead and partner for clients, proactively driving business growth and proposing campaign ideas.
  • Lead all aspects of client communication, campaign onboarding, and expectation management as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, hands-on ad management, ongoing optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Drive platform performance for large-scale campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok, and manage other channels (LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest) as required.
  • Deliver performance updates and strategic insights on a cadence aligned with client needs to inform broader business decisions.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to internal operations teams to prioritize work and maintain high execution accuracy across accounts.
  • Use the Zeta Data Cloud to identify and implement sophisticated audience targeting strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Make operational decisions autonomously and proactively manage client expectations to operate as a strategic partner rather than solely an activation team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising.
  • Advanced, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is required.
  • Strong experience with TikTok is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing high-touch client relationships and thriving in a consultative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business goals into actionable social strategies and growth ideas.
  • Deep understanding of media mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/CAPI technical implementations, and budget management.
  • Meticulous quantitative skills and a high bar for quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
  • BA/BS degree with quantitative coursework preferred (exceptions considered for highly experienced candidates).
  • Role may be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or remote depending on location.
