Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead and main point of contact for clients, moving beyond execution to drive client business with proactive ideas and growth strategies.
  • Lead client communication and campaign onboarding, set and manage expectations, and identify ways to support client business needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and analysis, combining hands-on ad management with delegation to internal operations teams.
  • Drive performance for large-scale campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok, and manage campaigns on LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest as required.
  • Deliver performance updates and strategic insights on a cadence aligned with client requirements to inform broader business decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of execution accuracy across accounts.
  • Use the Zeta Data Cloud to develop and implement advanced audience targeting and data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Make autonomous operational decisions and proactively manage expectations to ensure the team acts as a strategic partner, not just an activation unit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Paid Social advertising experience.
  • Advanced, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is required.
  • Strong experience with TikTok is highly preferred; familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing high-touch, client-facing relationships and thriving in a consultative, partner-based role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business goals into actionable social strategies and growth ideas.
  • Deep understanding of media mechanics including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/technical implementations (CAPI), and budget management.
  • Meticulous quantitative skills and a high bar for quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
  • BA/BS degree (including quantitative coursework) preferred, with exceptions considered for highly experienced candidates.
  • Ability to work hybrid in select cities (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or fully remote depending on location.
