Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead and partner for clients, proactively proposing ideas and growth strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and analysis for paid social programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and campaign onboarding, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Deliver regular performance updates with meaningful insights that inform broader business decisions.
  • Drive platform performance for large-scale campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok and manage other social channels (LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest) as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to prioritize tasks and ensure high standards of execution and accuracy.
  • Leverage the Zeta Data Cloud to develop and implement advanced audience targeting and data-driven strategies.
  • Balance hands-on ad management with delegation of execution tasks to operations teams and make operational decisions autonomously.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising.
  • Advanced, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong experience with TikTok preferred; familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing high-touch client relationships and thriving in a consultative, partner-based role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business goals into actionable social media strategies that drive growth.
  • Deep understanding of media mechanics including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/CAPI technical implementations, and budget management.
  • Meticulous quantitative skills with a high bar for quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
  • BA/BS degree, preferably including quantitative coursework (exceptions made for highly experienced candidates).
  • Ability to make operational decisions independently and proactively manage client expectations.
  • Role can be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or remote depending on location.
