Description

  • Own delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for the assigned component.
  • Translate VP-level direction into clear problems, a prioritized backlog, and incrementally shippable scope.
  • Run the discovery-to-release feedback loop and use outcomes to guide iteration.
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure the team builds the highest-value next increment with clarity and quality.
  • Review technical designs, evaluate tradeoffs and constraints, and understand their impact on timelines and system behavior.
  • Apply cloud ecosystem and partner business model knowledge to align platform capabilities with real partner workflows.
  • Speak with partners and internal stakeholders regularly to validate ideas, refine workflows, and test assumptions.
  • Define success metrics, instrument releases, and ensure insights feed back into prioritization.
  • Own release readiness through documentation, enablement inputs, and communication of what changed and why it matters.
  • Ensure platform capabilities support billing accuracy, financial reconciliation, auditability, and partner trust.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of direct experience in the cloud ecosystem, ideally in cloud operations, FinOps, partner operations, or platform development.
  • Strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations in cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem, including resellers, MSPs, SIs, distributors, and marketplaces.
  • Experience building or operating platforms that serve channel or partner-driven business models.
  • Technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and reason about feasibility; coding experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with partners, cloud experts, and internal stakeholders.
  • A bias for action and continuous improvement, with a habit of shipping, measuring, learning, and iterating.
  • Based remotely in the East US, Canada, the UK, or Ireland.
