Description

  • Own delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for the assigned component.
  • Translate leadership direction into clear problems, a prioritized backlog, and incrementally shippable scope.
  • Run the feedback loop from discovery through measurement and iteration.
  • Work closely with Engineering to keep the team focused on the highest-value next increment.
  • Review technical designs, tradeoffs, and constraints to inform delivery planning and system behavior.
  • Use cloud ecosystem and partner business model knowledge to align platform capabilities with real partner workflows.
  • Develop deep understanding of partner workflows such as billing operations, margin management, customer management, support, and service delivery.
  • Speak regularly with partners and internal stakeholders to validate ideas, refine workflows, and test assumptions.
  • Define success metrics and ensure releases are measurable and tied to prioritization.
  • Own release readiness, including documentation, enablement inputs, and communication of what is new and why it matters.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of direct experience in the cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience in cloud operations, FinOps, partner operations, or building platforms for cloud customers or partners.
  • Strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations in cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem, including resellers, MSPs, SIs, distributors, and marketplaces.
  • Experience building or operating platforms that support channel or partner-driven business models.
  • Technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
  • Coding experience is a plus to collaborate with engineers and reason about feasibility.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging partners, cloud experts, and internal stakeholders.
  • A bias for action and continuous improvement, with a history of shipping, measuring, learning, and iterating.
