Description

  • Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
  • Source, locate, and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and manage global talent pipelines, primarily for technical roles across EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business units to understand role requirements and evolving hiring needs.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview effectiveness.
  • Use data and reporting to support informed hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process.
  • Support DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse candidates and promoting an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Plan and execute talent acquisition programs and initiatives that improve process efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to strengthen DoiT’s employer brand.

Requirements

  • Remote-based in Eastern Europe for independent contractors.
  • Expected contract duration of 6 months.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter at a SaaS tech company.
  • Experience hiring technical roles in Eastern Europe.
  • Hands-on ownership of end-to-end hiring, including job descriptions, interviewing, collaboration with hiring managers, offer negotiation, and offer management.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with native-level English.
  • Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Experience implementing AI in hiring efforts is a plus.
  • Experience hiring non-tech roles, remote roles, or roles in APAC/US is a plus.
  • Understanding of the cloud management space is a plus.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • BA in Human Resources or a related discipline is a plus.
