Description

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and account teams, aligning technical work with business outcomes.
  • Respond to expert support tickets and deliver clear, engineering-level resolutions to complex issues.
  • Design and review cloud architectures across compute, networking, storage, IAM, and observability.
  • Advise customers on Infrastructure-as-Code deployments and CI/CD integration.
  • Help customers adopt containerized, orchestration, and serverless solutions.
  • Lead customer delivery work focused on CloudOps, FinOps, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Build and operationalize DoiT Cloud Intelligence dashboards, reports, queries, and automations.
  • Use DCI insights to identify cost, risk, and reliability opportunities and drive them to closure.
  • Run customer workshops, architecture reviews, product enablement sessions, and well-architected style assessments.
  • Convert bespoke customer solutions into reusable patterns, playbooks, and templates for the DCI platform.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on product gaps, automation opportunities, and telemetry needs.
  • Document architectures, decisions, and implemented changes, and share learnings with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on AWS.
  • At least one AWS Professional or Specialty certification.
  • Strong understanding of architectures spanning compute, storage, networking, IAM, and observability.
  • Depth in cloud infrastructure, such as distributed systems, container platforms, serverless, infra automation, or SRE-style operational excellence.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or Deployment Manager.
  • Experience integrating infrastructure and deployments with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, either cloud-native or third-party.
  • Ability to reason about cost, performance, and reliability trade-offs and explain them to customers.
  • Prior customer-facing or stakeholder-facing experience in consulting, SRE, solutions engineering, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in an account team with CSMs, AMs, other FDEs, and specialist roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and native Thai.
  • Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
  • Experience with FinOps practices or formal SRE practices, such as SLOs, error budgets, and incident management, is a plus.
  • Experience with platforms similar to DoiT Cloud Intelligence, such as cost management, workload intelligence, or automation platforms, is a plus.
  • Contributions to open source, technical blogging, public speaking, or internal enablement programs are a plus.
