Description

  • Run 15-minute Microsoft Teams onboarding calls for new users and guide them through a demo report.
  • Welcome clinicians, orient them to the product, and answer common workflow questions in a calm, concise manner.
  • Make light outbound follow-up calls or messages after early Assess reports to check understanding and gather feedback.
  • Help users understand the basic Assess workflow and the practical next steps for continued use.
  • Explain what Assess does and does not do while staying within clear scope boundaries.
  • Provide occasional inbound call coverage during the afternoon window and route issues appropriately.
  • Capture structured notes after each interaction, including needs, answers, follow-up items, and ownership.
  • Flag repeated questions, confusion, urgent issues, and product feedback to the Zenara team.
  • Return missed calls where appropriate and ensure callers do not feel ignored or lost.

Requirements

  • Warm, calm, and clear communication on video and phone calls.
  • Comfort speaking with psychiatrists and mental health clinicians.
  • Able to follow a script without sounding scripted.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Reliable during agreed coverage hours and available for a consistent 4-hour US afternoon window.
  • Flexible to expand hours over time as call volume grows.
  • Organized enough to log accurate notes after every interaction.
  • Comfortable with video calls, phone calls, and basic software tools.
  • Comfort appearing on Microsoft Teams video with a professional, calm presence.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet private workspace, a working webcam, and clear audio are required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic call or video issues independently.
  • Background strongly preferred in nursing, psychology, social work, behavioral health, care coordination, psychiatric practice administration, medical office support, healthcare SaaS/customer success, or a related clinical/mental-health field.
  • Current study in a relevant clinical or mental-health-related field is preferred.
  • Availability for 1pm–5pm Eastern Time / 10am–2pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility around the exact window.

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation of $28–$35/hour depending on experience.
  • Approximately $2,400–$3,000 per month at the starting 20-hour-per-week schedule, depending on rate and hours worked.
  • Part-time contract role with fixed US afternoon coverage.
  • Hours may expand based on call volume.
  • Training provided on Zenara Assess, the demo report, common user questions, escalation paths, documentation, and conversation guidance.
  • Potential for a brief practice call in the application process for shortlisted candidates.
