Description

  • Own project execution from kickoff through launch for e-commerce implementations.
  • Lead e-commerce projects using adapted Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate and support an offshore development team through sprint planning, daily standups, and related project activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal team members.
  • Maintain project tools and documentation for implementation work.
  • Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage relationships with clients and team members to support successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to improve solutions and processes.
  • Build understanding of the technology systems and e-commerce industry supported by Zaelab.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience for e-commerce projects.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with a consulting or professional services company.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working with multinational teams across the USA, Eastern Europe, and India.
  • Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum practices.
  • Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Leadership skills with proven ability to own a project from start to finish.
  • Excellent client-facing and analytical skills.
  • Experience creating JIRA dashboards; AIO or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; Jira experience preferred.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Interest in the technology space and willingness to stay current on new technologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
