Description

  • Develop comprehensive test plans covering manual, automated, and performance testing.
  • Create and maintain automated testing frameworks, test scripts, and testing processes.
  • Define and evolve test strategies for large, complex releases.
  • Conduct performance and stress testing for software products and APIs.
  • Record, track, and help resolve defects identified during testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track.
  • Continuously explore and apply new testing methods and technologies to improve testing quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of quality assurance or software testing experience; experience in fast-paced, complex project environments is preferred.
  • 5 years of automated testing and test case design experience, including test plan development.
  • Experience defining test strategies and driving quality for large, complex releases.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium and Robot Framework.
  • Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured, and performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, database operations, and Linux environments.
  • Ability to work effectively within Agile development teams.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, time-management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building QA tools or services, QA-related Python, Docker, Pytest, and API/backend stress testing is preferred.
