Description

  • Own the AI product strategy for public market investor workflows.
  • Build AI-native products across agents, copilots, structured outputs, and investor-facing experiences.
  • Evaluate and integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and agent architectures into production products.
  • Work directly with hedge funds and asset managers to understand workflows, pain points, and trust requirements.
  • Run rapid experimentation and iteration using prompts, evaluations, and product UX feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, research, and design to ship high-impact products.
  • Define evaluation frameworks for AI outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of MCPs, agents, and APIs into a unified AI product ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of product management or similar experience.
  • Experience building AI copilots, agents, or internal AI tools.
  • Familiarity with how AI/ML models and AI agents are built and maintained.
  • Experience building 0→1 or ambiguous products.
  • Strong user research and customer discovery skills with curiosity about AI systems such as LLMs, agents, retrieval, and evals.
  • Generalist knowledge of both engineering and design.
  • Ability to design and evaluate prompts, contexts, and model behaviors.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data and experimentation.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and learning.
  • Familiarity with financial markets or investor workflows, preferred.
  • Experience with data platforms, APIs, or developer-facing products, preferred.
  • Background in analytics, research, or quantitative environments, preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
