Description

  • Own day-to-day social media posting across key platforms, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content aligned with brand voice and marketing priorities.
  • Monitor social engagement, respond as appropriate, and stay current on platform trends and best practices.
  • Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators, including coordinating briefs, timelines, deliverables, and usage rights.
  • Create and coordinate content for social channels, including short-form video and static assets, and partner with internal teams to source ideas and stories.
  • Help evolve and maintain content and visual standards to ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Plan and manage photoshoots and content days, coordinating photographers, creators, timelines, and shot lists.
  • Organize and maintain content and asset libraries for efficient reuse and distribution.
  • Track and report on social and influencer performance metrics, share insights and recommendations, and support campaign/project reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social channels.
  • Experience working with influencers and creators and managing creator partnerships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools (nice to have).
  • Experience managing freelancers or external partners (nice to have).
