Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of application modernization projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Engage with public sector stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review business requirements and IT solution specifications and lead the team in developing detailed project plans.
  • Define project timeframes, costing, procedures, and resource plans, and review plans for feasibility and completeness.
  • Execute project activities from request for proposal (RFP) through development, testing, and final delivery.
  • Document and track project scope, changes, issues, and risks that affect implementation and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Conduct timely project reviews and recommend changes to schedules, costs, or resource allocations to maintain project health.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are realistic and implementable and that deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 5 to 7 years of working experience, with at least 4 years in Project Management and leading web application projects (experience implementing Content Management Systems preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and modern development frameworks.
  • Experience working with government agencies and understanding public sector procurement and compliance requirements.
  • Experience writing software requirement specifications and technical design documents.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Good written and strong verbal communication skills.
  • PMP or ITPM certification preferred; cloud certification preferred.
