Description

  • Own and deliver a global SEO strategy with a strong focus on technical SEO, LLM optimisation, and Answer Engine Optimisation across a multi-site portfolio.
  • Increase visibility in AI-powered search engines through structured content, prompt testing, and SERP feature tracking.
  • Conduct technical site audits and implement fixes for crawl errors, indexation, site speed, structured data, schema, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript rendering.
  • Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent modelling to grow organic traffic and authority.
  • Design and maintain internal linking and site architecture to maximise crawl equity and programmatic performance.
  • Build and manage backlink and outreach programmes to grow domain authority and market share.
  • Develop programmatic SEO systems that turn structured feature and industry data into landing pages and interactive demos.
  • Create editorial SEO content such as guides, comparisons, blogs, and link magnets to strengthen topical authority and discoverability.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across XTM’s brands and products, ensuring accurate targeting and avoiding cannibalisation.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Build audience segmentation and remarketing strategies using personas and intent data.
  • Create and test ad copy, visuals, and formats to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Analyse campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on impact across the full funnel.
  • Align paid activity with SEO, content, and broader marketing campaigns to support a cohesive growth strategy.
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional audiences with localised messaging, keywords, and ad formats.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical SEO and LLM/AEO optimisation for complex B2B SaaS, multi-site, or multi-brand portfolios on an international scale.
  • Hands-on ability with HTML/CSS and basic front-end troubleshooting.
  • Expertise with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SERP monitoring tools such as Oncrawl or Authoritas.
  • Strong skills in internal linking, site architecture, schema, structured data, programmatic SEO, and answer-box or featured snippet optimisation.
  • Demonstrable success managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across search, programmatic, marketplace, and social platforms.
  • Experience with A/B and adaptive testing, plus implementing UX improvements.
  • Ability to work with CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress and collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building advanced reporting frameworks, including answer-box share, Core Web Vitals scores, programmatic velocity, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Experience setting performance-based KPIs, advanced tracking, and attribution reporting.
  • Experience with international and multilingual SEO and paid media.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems, with HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred.
  • Experience in data layer implementation and advanced tracking setups.
  • Experience in demo-led and video-led SEO, including YouTube/video SEO and optimisation for video-rich results.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising platforms beyond Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn, such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Experience building automation workflows using scripts, APIs, or AI tools to scale SEO or paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of privacy-first marketing practices such as cookieless tracking and server-side tagging.
  • Experience using AI platforms and tools for paid media and SEO to improve efficiency and reduce time to market.
