Description

  • Own and deliver a global SEO strategy with a strong focus on technical SEO, LLM optimisation, and Answer Engine Optimisation across a multi-site portfolio.
  • Increase discoverability in AI-powered search engines by building evaluation loops, tracking SERP features, and optimising structured and embedded content.
  • Conduct technical site audits, diagnose issues, and implement fixes related to crawl errors, indexation, site speed, structured data, schema, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript rendering.
  • Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent modelling to grow organic traffic and authority.
  • Design and maintain internal linking and site architecture to maximise crawl equity and programmatic performance.
  • Build and manage backlink and outreach programmes to increase domain authority and market share.
  • Develop programmatic SEO systems that turn structured feature-and-industry data into high-intent landing pages and interactive demos.
  • Deliver editorial SEO content such as guides, comparisons, blogs, and link magnets to strengthen topical authority and AEO visibility.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across search, display, and paid social channels, ensuring accurate targeting and minimal cannibalisation.
  • Plan, launch, optimise, and report on paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Build audience segmentation frameworks using personas, intent data, remarketing, and other lists to target buyers at different funnel stages.
  • Analyse performance data, manage budgets, and align paid activity with SEO and content to drive revenue growth across global markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical SEO and LLM/AEO optimisation for complex B2B SaaS, multi-site, or multi-brand international portfolios.
  • Hands-on ability with HTML/CSS and basic front-end troubleshooting.
  • Expertise with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SERP monitoring tools such as Oncrawl or Authoritas.
  • Strong skills in internal linking, site architecture, schema, structured data, programmatic SEO, and featured snippet optimisation.
  • Demonstrable success managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across search, programmatic, marketplace, and social platforms.
  • Experience with A/B and adaptive testing, plus implementing UX improvements.
  • Ability to work with CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress and collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building advanced reporting frameworks and performance-based KPI tracking.
  • Experience with advanced tracking, attribution reporting, and international or multilingual SEO and paid media.
  • Nice-to-have experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, data layer implementation, advanced tracking setups, video SEO, DV360 or The Trade Desk, automation workflows using scripts/APIs/AI tools, privacy-first marketing, and AI tools for SEO or paid media.
