Description

  • Lead mobile development by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows application development processes, code review, testing, and CI/CD standards.
  • Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
  • Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mobile or Windows application development with a strong focus on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile or Windows applications from concept to launch.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Proficiency in mobile or Windows development frameworks and programming languages, including Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.
  • Strong understanding of mobile or Windows architecture platforms.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus.
