Description

  • Work directly with the Head of Product, Ads B2C on a new and growing B2C product team.
  • Shape product roadmap strategy and drive day-to-day execution for the consumer app.
  • Obsess over user experience, user motivation, and conversion optimization.
  • Design and use analytics and A/B testing to monitor performance, tune mechanics, optimize conversion, and identify new KPI-impacting features.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications using tools such as JIRA and Productboard.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs against technical and resource constraints.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, design, and operations teams to define growth opportunities and deliver high-quality product execution.
  • Identify user needs through data analysis, surveys, interviews, and other quantitative and qualitative methods.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of product management experience focused on consumer apps and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with gaming, loyalty, rewarded advertising, and/or commerce is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Productboard, and other product lifecycle tools.
  • Strong experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Deep experience with A/B testing and related tools such as Statsig.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning data-driven decisions and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience building LiveOps-related features and notification strategies is a plus, including tools such as Braze or Iterable.
  • Basic to advanced SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Experience building both frontend and backend product features is preferred.
  • Design experience or familiarity with UX principles is preferred.
  • Experience working with data teams on targeting and personalization techniques is preferred.
