Description

  • Design, build, and evolve scalable, high-performance web applications and UIs for monetization tools, segmentation dashboards, and real-time operational workflows.
  • Translate complex monetization workflows into intuitive user experiences in collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
  • Optimize frontend performance with a focus on loading times, rendering speed, bundle efficiency, and responsiveness for data-heavy dashboards.
  • Ensure cross-browser and multi-device compatibility while meeting accessibility (a11y) and usability standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and help maintain high engineering and quality standards within the frontend team.
  • Work closely with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve deployment reliability, and enhance observability through metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Own features end-to-end — refine requirements, implement, test, and deliver production-ready functionality.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience using React or Vue (React + Next.js preferred).
  • Solid experience with Next.js including SSR, SSG, routing, API routes, caching, and performance optimization.
  • Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript experience with a good understanding of component architecture and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern tooling and UI frameworks such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or Vuetify.
  • Hands-on experience with state management solutions (Redux, Vuex, Pinia, Context API, or React Query/SWR).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Vue Test Utils).
  • Proven understanding of performance tuning, responsive design, and cross-platform development.
  • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX layouts and prototypes and experience with Framer Motion for animations and micro-interactions.
  • Nice-to-have: TypeScript-first environments, micro-frontends, edge rendering or PWAs, animation frameworks (GSAP, Three.js), analytics dashboards/virtualization libraries, feature flagging/A-B testing, experience in gaming/fintech/high-load consumer platforms, and migrating legacy codebases or leading UI modernization projects.
