Description

  • Research products, markets, and technologies to understand user needs and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Analyze user and product data to uncover behavior patterns, bottlenecks, and growth levers.
  • Gather, structure, and document information so insights are clear and reusable across the team.
  • Develop hypotheses and propose data-backed product improvements.
  • Support A/B testing, feature performance evaluation, and idea validation.
  • Map and analyze user journeys across B2B and B2C products to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and product recommendations.

Requirements

  • Passion for building user-facing products and understanding how they perform with broad, diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and interservice communication.
  • Interest in or background around gaming is ideal.
  • Ability to build a complete picture from partial or hidden information and translate technical findings into business insights.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort using visuals such as slides, diagrams, and dashboards to explain complex topics simply.
  • Experience or interest in measuring engagement, retention, CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn rate.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural, multilingual, globally distributed team across multiple time zones.
