Description

  • Define the analytical approach for projects and translate business objectives into solution requirements.
  • Participate in large and complex IT projects delivered by geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle from discovery and analysis through implementation, delivery, and product evolution.
  • Co-create delivery plans, product roadmaps, and implementation strategies while balancing business priorities and project constraints.
  • Represent the project team in discussions with internal and external stakeholders and support informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with contractual, operational, and technical constraints.
  • Coordinate collaboration between UX designers, architects, developers, and other project participants to shape feasible solutions.
  • Manage analytical complexity by identifying dependencies across business processes, system components, and workstreams.
  • Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of business and functional requirements and documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Support continuous improvement of business analysis practices, documentation standards, and delivery processes.
  • Provide analytical leadership, mentor less experienced analysts, and contribute to organizational best practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive commercial experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects across multiple industries and business domains.
  • Extensive experience working on large, complex IT projects.
  • Practical experience with Agile, hybrid (Agile + Waterfall), and other adaptive delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Ability to select, tailor, and apply appropriate business analysis techniques and methodologies based on project needs.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering teams.
  • Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience creating clear, structured, and maintainable business and functional documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand new industries, business processes, and domain-specific terminology.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.
  • Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic and rapidly changing project environments.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar in analysis and software delivery.
  • Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.
  • Experience working as a Product Owner or in product management environments, preferred.
  • Professional certifications related to business analysis or Agile delivery, preferred.
  • Experience working with UX teams and user-centered design methodologies, preferred.
  • Knowledge of process modeling techniques such as BPMN or UML, preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, preferred.
  • Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC, including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations, preferred.
  • Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization, preferred.
