Description

  • Own the strategic direction of the paid acquisition portfolio across channels such as Google, Bing, Meta, and native/prospecting platforms.
  • Manage and develop a small team of Growth Operators through coaching, direction, and support.
  • Allocate acquisition investments across channels to maximize member growth, lifetime value, and long-term business impact.
  • Develop growth strategies based on member behavior, subscription economics, and business impact.
  • Identify opportunities across channels, offers, messaging, pricing, funnel experiences, and conversion flows.
  • Diagnose performance shifts and determine the underlying drivers of success or decline.
  • Evaluate emerging channels, platforms, and acquisition opportunities and recommend where to invest next.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and technical teams to design and improve AI-enabled marketing workflows and systems.
  • Design the operating model for humans, AI agents, and automated workflows to work together effectively.
  • Establish measurement, monitoring, and experimentation frameworks that connect channel performance to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition programs with accountability for business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in digital acquisition channels and sustainable growth drivers.
  • Demonstrated success scaling growth strategies through experimentation, customer insight, and rigorous analysis.
  • Strong understanding of member acquisition, retention, customer lifetime value, and subscription business economics.
  • Ability to write SQL and analyze data directly, including incrementality tests such as geo holdouts and lift studies.
  • Ability to turn messy data into clear decisions and action.
  • Operational AI literacy, including understanding how LLMs and AI agents behave and how to translate marketing workflows into technical specs.
  • Ability to define, measure, and continuously monitor the quality of AI-enabled systems.
  • Strong risk and cost control instincts for systems that spend real money.
  • Comfort working with engineers and data scientists to scope automation opportunities and technical solutions.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable processes, workflows, and operating models.
  • Proven ability to prioritize opportunities and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong creative testing instincts and ability to develop and launch innovative tests.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset and bias to action.
  • Passion for marketing and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, investing, or a similarly data-driven subscription business is strongly preferred.
  • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, one of the listed U.S. states; no sponsorship is available.
