Description

  • Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program and project clients.
  • Lead large enterprise implementations and smaller programs with cross-functional teams of internal staff, contractors, client resources, and vendors.
  • Set up and drive program management processes, including communications, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation, and functional documentation.
  • Deliver weekly status reports and communicate project progress, issues, and risks to client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensure client stakeholder alignment and maintain overall program customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver financial reporting dashboards showing project financial status to client stakeholders.
  • Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints, and implement approved mitigation actions and workarounds.
  • Review project invoices for accuracy and coordinate change management when needed.
  • Work with project staff to develop work plans and assign duties and responsibilities to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with system analysis and project management teams to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in a consulting environment.
  • Experience leading Zoom Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementation projects.
  • Deep knowledge in at least one relevant platform: Zoom, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, or Amazon Connect.
  • Experience delivering transformation projects.
  • Experience managing large enterprise client projects with $20,000 to $1,000,000 in consulting services.
  • Experience working with executive-level sponsorship and reporting requirements.
  • Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience leading a program with multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, organizational, and planning skills.
  • PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
