Description

  • Own enterprise pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Build and run ABM programs targeting Fortune 500 decision-makers.
  • Design account-based campaigns for strategic accounts.
  • Scale paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google with positive ROI.
  • Build outbound sequences using Clay, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Create sales enablement materials that help AEs articulate GEO's ROI.
  • Implement the LinkedIn flywheel by boosting top posts, capturing engagers, and following up with value.
  • Ship weekly content on AI search trends and related topics.
  • Build presence in SEO/CMO communities and industry events.
  • Co-host webinars with industry leaders and activate agencies, influencers, and customers to amplify reach.
  • Implement attribution, dashboards, nurture sequences, and repeatable acquisition playbooks.
  • Manage paid and outbound agencies without depending on them.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally at companies in the $2M-$20M ARR range.
  • Hands-on campaign execution within the last 6 months.
  • Experience building and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
  • Experience with signal-based outbound and ABM tools such as Clay, Apollo, or Unify.
  • Ability to create landing pages in Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
  • Managed a marketing budget of $50K+ per month.
  • Track record of generating enterprise pipeline with $20K+ ACVs.
  • Power user of AI tools for research, content, and automation.
  • Experience building workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n, or Clay.
  • Ability to vibe-code landing pages or tools if needed.
  • Understanding of SEO/AEO and how it relates to AI search.
  • Active LinkedIn presence with 10K+ followers and regular engagement.
  • Existing network of top CMOs and marketing leaders.
  • Scaled a B2B SaaS company from $5M to $20M+ ARR.
  • Built a marketing function at a Series A or Series B company.
  • Marketing automation, CRM, and analytics experience.
  • Comfort creating content, running webinars, and speaking at events.
  • Able to execute while building a team simultaneously.
  • Experience with SEO/AEO, agency work, or early-stage startup/founding-marketer environments is preferred.
