Description

  • Lead individual customer engagements and support or lead larger global rollouts.
  • Drive end-to-end customer onboarding, including discovery, design, configuration, rollout, and adoption monitoring.
  • Support the sales team with complex scoping and present Wrike’s value and professional services offerings.
  • Track client records and key milestones in Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Manage successful completion of customer engagements while meeting critical success metrics.
  • Advocate for customers and help prioritize new product features.
  • Collaborate with Product and other internal stakeholders to identify short-term solutions and influence the product roadmap.
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs before and after engagements by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent the DACH region with cultural and language fluency.
  • Mentor junior members of the Wrike team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting and customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in project management; Agile, PMI, Lean, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex customer processes and define clear goals for successful implementation.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Experience in one industry or key customer segment such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, or PMO.
  • Ability to participate in technical discussions and present digital transformation options and strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales on account plans.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German; German native speaker required.
  • Relevant university degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • Ability to position Wrike within an existing integrated ecosystem preferred.
