Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Handle manual credit tickets and cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve failed buyouts, stuck casino rounds, and related payment or gameplay issues.
  • Process customer compensations as needed.
  • Contribute translations to support clear communication for diverse audiences.
  • Update FAQ content to improve self-service support.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain and improve service standards.
  • Optimize the use of current support tools to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support within the gambling industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of poker and a strong passion for the game.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both languages.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic and concise customer approach.
  • Ability to multitask and make effective decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience handling manual credits, cash transactions, or similar support workflows is preferred.
  • Experience supporting customers across email, chat, and social media is preferred.
