Description

  • Manage a book of retail media business across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other retailers.
  • Design, implement, and manage ad spend across campaigns to support client goals.
  • Monitor daily performance trends, opportunities, and spend across multiple brands.
  • Communicate proactively with clients about account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, and action plans.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities across multiple clients.
  • Monitor competitors and category trends to inform strategy and optimization.
  • Audit prospective Amazon accounts and identify areas for improvement during the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging Amazon and marketplace trends.
  • Support special projects that contribute to department growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising accounts for sponsored ads.
  • 2+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising accounts for Amazon DSP.
  • Experience working with or at a brand with $2M+ in annual ad budgets.
  • Experience directly managing ads on retailers outside of Amazon, such as Walmart, Target, or Criteo.
  • Experience with third-party campaign management platforms such as Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, or Perpetua.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage client timelines and business needs across multiple accounts.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and priorities.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts in monthly executive summaries or QBRs.
  • Deep understanding of paid search, including campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and ad types.
  • Knowledge of how Amazon marketing and performance affect the purchase funnel.
  • Experience with a brand portfolio is preferred.
  • Prior agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience with market share measurement tools such as Stackline, JungleScout, or Helium10 is preferred.
  • Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) is preferred.
  • Experience working with or at a brand with $25M+ in annual Amazon sales is preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon functions outside of paid media, such as content, logistics, or catalog management, is preferred.
  • Ability to explain full-funnel marketplace strategy clearly and concisely is preferred.
