Description

  • Coordinate national Medicaid program planning, governance, timelines, meetings, milestones, risks, decisions, and status reporting.
  • Support office readiness assessments, onboarding, implementation planning, go-live preparation, post-launch follow-up, and expansion.
  • Coordinate training logistics, shared resources, templates, tools, and implementation materials.
  • Track dependencies, issues, decisions, and escalations across Finance, IT, Legal, Privacy, HR, Procurement, Operations, vendors, billing teams, and local offices.
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, readiness trackers, implementation trackers, and performance reports.
  • Analyze and summarize program trends, risks, progress, and follow-up needs.
  • Build relationships with participating offices, Home Office leaders, enterprise partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication, problem-solving, escalation, peer learning, and feedback across offices.

Requirements

  • Mature personal Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, values, Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian identity, and related organizational principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, human services, behavioral health, business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare program or project coordination, Medicaid-funded services, behavioral health operations, multi-site implementation, reporting, or cross-functional program support.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project documentation, track risks and issues, support reporting, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, CPHQ, Scrum, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health, mental health, wellness, clinical case management, dental, or social service programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing, claims workflows, payer requirements, Medicaid compliance, EHR or billing systems, KPI reporting, or multi-site implementation preferred.
  • Refugee resettlement or immigrant-serving experience preferred.
