Description

  • Coordinate national Medicaid program planning, governance, implementation timelines, milestones, risks, decisions, and status reporting.
  • Support readiness assessments, office onboarding, go-live preparation, post-launch follow-up, and expansion planning.
  • Coordinate training logistics, implementation tools, templates, resources, and program materials with subject matter experts.
  • Track dependencies, issues, decisions, and escalations across Finance, IT, Legal, Privacy, HR, Procurement, Operations, billing teams, vendors, and local offices.
  • Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, readiness trackers, implementation trackers, and status reports.
  • Summarize program trends, risks, progress, and follow-up needs to support oversight and continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships and facilitate communication, problem-solving, peer learning, and feedback across participating offices and enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Mature personal Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission, values, Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian identity, and related faith statements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare program or project coordination, Medicaid-funded services, behavioral health operations, multi-site implementation, reporting, or cross-functional program support.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project documentation, and track risks and issues.
  • Experience supporting reporting and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, CPHQ, Scrum, or similar project management or quality certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health, mental health, wellness, clinical case management, dental, or social service programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue cycle concepts, claims workflows, payer requirements, Medicaid compliance, EHR or billing systems, KPI reporting, or refugee and immigrant-serving programs (preferred).
