Description

Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for NetSuite support, configuration, and issue resolution.
Manage NetSuite roles, permissions, access settings, custom fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, bundles, and financial reporting configurations.
Troubleshoot NetSuite errors, workflow issues, reporting problems, data discrepancies, bundle updates, and user access concerns.
Monitor NetSuite performance and help maintain data integrity across core finance, AP, AR, fixed assets, and related modules.
Administer and support secondary financial systems including Stripe, Concur, Visual Lease, SimpleLegal, and the Compass Platform.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between NetSuite and other financial systems.
Use SQL to query back-end databases, validate data, investigate issues, and support reporting, migration, and cleanup work.
Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, extracts, and data views for Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Business Systems Engineering, and technology teams to clarify requirements and support ongoing initiatives.
Document system configurations, integration mappings, data flows, reporting logic, support processes, and standard operating procedures.
Support urgent production issues, ongoing projects, enhancements, migrations, and process improvements across the financial systems stack.

Requirements

3+ years of dedicated NetSuite administration experience.
NetSuite Administrator Certification is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, bundles, saved searches, and financial reporting configurations.
Strong understanding of NetSuite financial modules and accounting processes, including core finance, GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
Experience supporting financial technology platforms such as Stripe, Concur, Visual Lease, SimpleLegal, or similar enterprise finance systems.
Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations between NetSuite and third-party financial platforms.
Working knowledge of API-based integrations, iPaaS platforms, automated data syncs, data mappings, and integration error resolution.
Strong SQL proficiency for querying, data validation, reporting, migration support, and cleanup activities.
Ability to develop and maintain NetSuite saved searches, financial reports, operational reports, and data extracts.
Solid understanding of core accounting concepts, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, lease accounting, expense management, and financial controls.
Ability to diagnose complex system issues, integration failures, data discrepancies, and configuration problems independently.
Experience providing internal user support or helpdesk-style support across business applications.
Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance day-to-day operational support with project, reporting, integration, and documentation work.
Must be a resident of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in the country of residence.
