Description

  • Lead the development of data-driven commercial strategies across marketing analytics, customer support, and customer insights.
  • Partner with leadership to define product development and growth priorities based on data trends and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels and increase user value.
  • Build and manage customer support as a structured, data-driven function that protects user trust and informs other teams.
  • Develop session insights to deepen understanding of user behavior, needs, and motivations.
  • Define and manage user segmentation models such as personas, cohorts, and behavioral clusters.
  • Manage the data strategy for emotion and profiling data, including voice and image signals.
  • Combine quantitative data with qualitative inputs such as feedback, interviews, and community signals.
  • Manage the marketing analytics platform and support performance analysis across the funnel.
  • Design and analyze experiments, including A/B testing and feature impact analysis, to improve growth and monetization.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to improve performance and support decision-making.
  • Act as a bridge between technical data work and business outcomes by delivering clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2C product marketing and data, analytics, or growth roles, preferably in digital products or AI-driven apps.
  • Proven track record of influencing commercial or growth strategy through data.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and product metrics.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Creative thinker who is comfortable thinking and acting outside the box.
  • Clear understanding of B2C communication strategy with the ability to execute quickly and with attention to detail.
  • Experience in mobile apps, SaaS, or community-driven platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization or recommendation systems is a plus.
  • Background in pricing strategy or monetization models such as freemium or subscriptions is a plus.
