Description

  • Design and maintain firm-level dashboards that give leadership visibility into portfolio performance.
  • Build and manage data pipelines and system integrations across four U.S. healthcare businesses.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflow automations to reduce manual overhead at the firm and portfolio level.
  • Lead project-based engagements within each portfolio company to assess systems, build internal tooling, and hand it off to the business teams.
  • Identify data and workflow gaps across portfolio companies and recommend prioritized solutions.
  • Maintain the reliability of systems and tooling built for the firm and portfolio companies.
  • Work directly with leadership on firm-level technical needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with portfolio company teams to evaluate existing systems and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Experience with both backend logic and front-end data presentation.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JSON/REST APIs for automation workflows and integrations.
  • Experience with Retool, Metabase, or React-based dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt pipelines, or agent-based automation.
  • Experience with ETL, data pipelines, and multi-system integrations.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple business contexts.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Background in healthcare operations or private equity is a plus.
