Description

  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content to enhance search visibility.
  • Plan, set up, and manage SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads), including targeting and ongoing optimizations.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics and search console tools and track key metrics.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement site health and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-aligned content creation and on-page optimization.
  • Track and report on SEO and SEM KPIs, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in search performance.
  • Recommend actionable insights to improve conversions, traffic, and overall search efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, or related digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link building strategies.
  • Experience with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO concepts, site health audits, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, technical).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Remote work readiness with a stable and reliable internet connection and availability for a full-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone.
  • Commitment to staying updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and adherence to ethical SEO standards.
