Description

  • Assist with client communication through email, chat, and phone.
  • Manage calendars, property showings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and disclosure forms.
  • Maintain CRM records, update client information, and track leads.
  • Support listing preparation, including photo coordination, MLS updates, and marketing materials.
  • Research properties, neighborhoods, and comparable sales as needed.
  • Assist with lead nurturing and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other partners.
  • Create reports, summaries, and updates for sales teams or brokers.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in real estate support, sales coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes, MLS systems, or CRMs is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting sales teams.
  • Remote position requiring a stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Full-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone.
  • Adherence to data privacy, confidentiality standards, and real estate compliance requirements.
