Description

  • Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta ads, display banners, social media graphics, and local area marketing materials.
  • Create and update landing pages and website content using WordPress.
  • Design and build email campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts from brief to final delivery.
  • Assist with website improvements and user experience enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of website tracking and analytics where required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage multiple design projects across 4 to 5 brands while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in graphic design, web development, or digital marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising creatives, landing pages, and web design projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other design software.
  • Experience using Canva for digital content creation.
  • Strong experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites, including landing pages, plugins, and menus.
  • Experience building email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and basic website tracking principles.
  • Ability to interpret a creative brief and work independently from concept to completion.
  • Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience supporting clients in AU, US, UK, or CA markets is highly regarded.
  • Video editing ability is a bonus, but not required.
