Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and content platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social channels, blogs, and other marketing materials.
  • Optimize website and landing page performance through SEO best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage social media calendars and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to execute creative campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support lead generation activities and nurture marketing funnels.
  • Recommend improvements to digital strategy based on data insights.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to create content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Good understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Remote work requires a reliable and stable internet connection.
  • Full-time schedule following the client’s preferred time zone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining brand consistency, high-quality output, data privacy, accuracy, and ethical marketing standards.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time work arrangement.
  • Compensation of up to AUD 1,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
