Description

  • Provide strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to executives on organizational development, team effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of HR programs to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
  • Lead talent management and development plans for the revenue team, focusing on leadership quality, skill-building, and succession bench strength.
  • Develop, direct, and drive a global workforce plan and human capital strategies in partnership with Recruitment, L&D, Ops, and Finance.
  • Develop and monitor regular and ad-hoc HR metrics and reports, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Coach and guide managers on managing and resolving complex HR issues, including performance management and total rewards.
  • Partner with revenue team members to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Drive employee relations issues to resolution in collaboration with Employment Legal, including conducting investigations and actioning findings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience supporting VP+ level leaders.
  • Experience supporting post-sale revenue teams or G&A teams.
  • Experience working across a variety of HR functions and programs/projects.
  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring people leaders in formal or informal settings.
  • Experience managing performance and employee relations issues to resolution, including investigations.
  • Experience in a growing, global software development environment.
  • Exceptional communication and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and propose continuous improvement methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving and changing environment; legal right to work in the hiring country without visa sponsorship.
