Description

  • Design and run the global GTM readiness framework for new product introductions.
  • Coordinate the cross-functional go-to-market engine across Product, PMM, Sales, and Sales Ops.
  • Translate new releases into seller-facing messaging focused on business outcomes, buyer personas, and competitive differentiation.
  • Ensure product launches reinforce the broader platform story and are integrated into the sales playbook.
  • Create GTM enablement assets including customer value guides, sales playbooks, discovery talk tracks, objection handling scripts, and commercial deep dives.
  • Track release adoption in the field and identify gaps in seller knowledge.
  • Build targeted interventions to improve product attachment rates.
  • Partner with PM and PMM to understand launches and define business impact.
  • Manage a complex launch calendar and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
  • Support field teams by converting technical updates into compelling customer-facing narratives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, and/or Sales in cybersecurity or cloud.
  • Strong understanding of business value messaging and how to position technical features against business pain.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality sales playbooks, decks, and digital content independently.
  • Experience leading meetings with senior PMM and Product leaders and managing complex launch timelines.
  • Deep understanding of value frameworks and MEDDPICC-based playbooks.
  • Ability to write content directly, even with design support from an LXD team.
  • Industry context sufficient to understand a cloud security platform without technical tutoring.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or cloud space is required; similar experience may be considered.
  • Ability to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Legal authorization to work without employer-sponsored visa support is required.
