Description

  • Design and run programs that help users adopt features faster, discover resources, troubleshoot with peers, and explore new use cases.
  • Build and maintain dedicated community spaces for specific roles, regions, or industries to create a more personal experience for a large global audience.
  • Actively recruit, welcome, and spotlight members to grow engagement and help contributors build their personal brands.
  • Create and manage feedback loops so customers can share product ideas, report friction, and see their input influence product direction.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, customer success, field, and marketing teams to integrate community insights into roadmaps and workflows.
  • Scale self-service and peer support by growing and managing a network of moderators and top contributors across time zones.
  • Track, measure, and optimize community health and engagement using data; report insights that demonstrate community impact on adoption and satisfaction.
  • Curate community-driven content and programs that tie directly into the customer onboarding journey and long-term retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years building customer and community-related programs, with strong familiarity with Slack and other community platforms
  • 5-8+ years experience working in tech, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Comfort with technical content and product roadmaps to confidently engage users and connect feedback internally
  • Proven track record of building scalable engagement programs that deliver value to customers and internal teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, field, and marketing teams
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming presence for connecting with and retaining users
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and develop creative solutions to challenging problems
