Description

  • Serve as a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks to business stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements to accelerate contract velocity.
  • Advise internal teams and colleagues on contract interpretation and negotiation to support deal progression.
  • Understand customer and internal client contexts and solve legal issues from their perspective.
  • Triage a heavy workflow, set priorities with internal clients, and deliver timely results.
  • Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
  • Manage agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and experience handling data privacy-related questions when negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
  • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer.
  • Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
  • Strong business-friendly approach that prioritizes supporting growth and the needs of the business.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship (this role does not offer visa sponsorship).
