Description

  • Steward the platform roadmap and run cross-functional programs across science, mobile, and retail partner workstreams.
  • Partner with science and data teams to manage the computational scoring pipeline with clear ownership, timelines, and production paths.
  • Translate scientific logic, scoring systems, thresholds, and gating rules into product requirements.
  • Lead time-boxed partner engagements and keep scope, timing, and commitments on track.
  • Support demos, RFP responses, and follow-ups to maintain commercial momentum.
  • Create specs, user stories, decision logs, and status updates that keep teams aligned.
  • Run agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and weekly product calls for distributed teams.
  • Define acceptance criteria and run evaluations for AI/LLM-powered features.
  • Represent product needs in the company data model and ingredient taxonomy, including ontologies, brand identity, and UPC normalization.
  • Ship scoring fixes and establish repeatable cross-team status rhythms within the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a hybrid role.
  • Experience with data-heavy or platform products.
  • Technical fluency across SQL, APIs, data pipelines, feature flags, and AI/LLM-based systems.
  • Ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams with owners, timelines, dependencies, and decision logs.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors or partners.
  • Ability to align senior technical stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority.
  • Exceptional written and facilitation skills for communicating technical work to sales, marketing, and executives.
  • Fast learning ability and comfort moving quickly across unfamiliar domains.
  • Background or genuine interest in food, nutrition, or health data is a plus.
  • Scientific literacy is required.
